Intial edit of clips

My first edit of my clips together to get a sense of pacing and timing. I am happy with clips themselves however I think the timing and transitions could be better, particularly to build more tension in the later scenes and climax of the story. I am not entirety sure why, or how there is the static disturbance in the final rendered clip. So I am looking into resolutions for this problem.
